Head Operations (SEA)

Hajar is responsible to develop and manage the operations and growth of Lyric in South East Asia, She has the P & L responsibility. She has extensive experience  in service Industry. Her task involves achieving the highest operational efficiency by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals and objectives.  She is part of the key management team that spear heads growth strategies for the company.

Kelvin Hong
 Head Finance

Kelvin work with Head Operations on business planning, budgets and strategy to drive financial performance and lead the Finance functions of the company. Azlina Mohamad Yusof
 Head Project Delivery (HPD)

Azlina heads the highly talented and experienced project management team. She leads and manages projects from simple to highly complex and challenging.  The team is very quick and competent  in responding to our clients.  Working with multiple clients, managing high profile and complex client relationships, developing and maintaining those relationships by providing superior service. Ensuring technical and tactical expertise in a client driven environment.

Syarina Mohammad
Project Manager (PM)

As a successful project manager she heads the project executives that has the authority to complete a project,  as a team they particpate in the planning process  and be responsible and accountable for completion of the project. She manages the team effectively. She manages the expectations and effectively anticipates and addresses client needs and concerns.

Zuliana Ahmad
Sr. Executive Projects

Zuliana is a part of the project management team. She ensures and maintains client relationships by identifying root cause of service failure if any and develop a clear recovery plan that satisfies client. Communicating job status as appropriate to client, management and following through on actions to final resolution. Co-ordinates/communicates with clients throughout the duration of the translation projects in a timely manner, providing production updates as required. She ensures that time and costs on each project are managed effectively and monitored closely according to the estimate and negotiated accordingly with the various production resources

S F Roshna
Executive Projects

Roshna formulates and fosters effective working relationships with client. She takes care of the statutory requirements including NDA’s, SLA’s and other working contracts between the company and clients. She maintains records and controls our CRM that proves to be an effective tool for our project team. She is responsible for leading project specific “kick-off” meetings and/or ongoing production meetings, as needed. She identifies opportunities and spearheads initiatives to improve service and process under industry specific requirements. Ensures services to meet or exceed client expectations.  She prepares management information reports and essential data for job invoicing.
